
Established in 1999 by Joel, a 5th generation baker, BakeCorp began as a modest wholesale bakery in Houston, TX, specializing in artisan bread for retail grocery stores. By the year 2000, our reach expanded as we began supplying bread to United Airlines, delving into high-production manufacturing. With a capacity to produce over 40,000 pieces daily, we contributed to in-flight meals served worldwide.
In 2002, driven by Joel's passion for the art of baking, BakeCorp pivoted to collaborate with companies seeking capabilities beyond our small bakery. This led to the introduction of co-manufacturing in 2003, enabling us to produce items formulated by Joel. Over the subsequent two decades, we have partnered with both large and small grocery store chains, convenience store chains, and distributors across the United States.
